ASSIGNMENT: What did you eat today? Due 10/22/2010

As we learn more about food and nutrition, it is very important that we look at the food that we eat every day.
Write down the food that you eat in ONE day. Write what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Make sure to also include your drinks.

When we are finished, we are going to compile our information and see how we do as a class, and compare it to what we are supposed to be eating. I have done one for you as an example.
